About me ...

My name is Karen Sibal. I’m a grounding coach, author, motivational speaker. I’m certified in functional medicine and Ayurveda lifestyle teachings and would love to help you heal and feel better. 

I’ve seen the ups and downs of life. And I’ve had my share of health, financial and family challenges, just like you.

Of course, life can be incredibly stressful. So, how exactly do we figure out how to surf the waves of life without sinking? In reality, we’re living through incredibly tough times. Undoubtedly, finding good information to live well and thrive can be challenging.  As a grounding coach, I get it.

Specifically, are you feeling stressed and anxious more than usual? 

What’s more difficult is coming to terms with a diagnosis of a chronic illness and knowing how to manage it effectively without feeling like you’re at war with your mind and body. 

Well, as a grounding coach, I help people at mid-life and beyond with healing from anxiety, stress and chronic illness using Ayurveda and positive psychology tools. 

At a fundamental level, grounding starts with noticing what’s going on inside your mind every day, and then taking steps to change what’s not serving your higher good. Over time, small shifts in your mind will heal your body and spirit. 

First of all, I know what it’s like to have a debilitating autoimmune illness, accumulated trauma unleashed on me by narcissistic family members, and hitting rock bottom with zero support.   

More importantly, I have successfully gone from merely surviving to thriving. You can do it too. 

Without doubt, grounding has changed my life. Clearly, it’s been the key for taking control of my health. Similarly, it can help you too. Unless you give it a try, you’ll never know how it can transform your life for the better.

I would love to tell you about myself!

My name is Karen Sibal and I’m a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) and Chopra-certified instructor in Perfect Health Ayurvedic Lifestyle teachings. 

I’m a mom of two beautiful girls and an awesome Labradoodle, wife, and daughter with aging parents. 

I’ve seen the ups and downs of life and have had my share of health, financial and family challenges, just like you.

I would say my own personal journey on healing from trauma and an autoimmune disease inspired me to write this book. I was also inspired by my late grandfather who was a passionate advocate of mind-body medicine, specifically Ayurveda and I learned so much about healing the body, mind and spirit using plants which are a big part of Ayurvedic lifestyle teachings.

I want readers to know that there is more than one path to vibrant, whole health and healing. Ayurveda and positive psychology are two modalities that I present through my book to help readers cope and heal from chronic diseases. I present the concept of grounding from the lens of these two modalities which is different and unique

We are living in unprecedented chaotic times where fear, stress and anxiety are the real pandemic. We need tools to navigate these uncharted waters.
