My name is Karen Sibal and I’m a functional medicine certified health coach, certified Ayurvedic lifestyle instructor, grounding expert, author and motivational speaker. I specialize in empowering clients with simple tools to ground, heal and thrive mentally, emotionally, spiritually and financially during these crazy, unprecedented times we are living through.
