Spiritual Prepping: Step out of Fear and into Action

So, here’s a loaded question: is spirituality important to you?

For many of us, it simply isn’t. Just notice if this is true for you.

For the most part, modern society has lost touch with its innate connection to the Divine Spirit or God. 

As we’ve become immersed in an increasingly mechanical world, we operate on autopilot 24/7. Typically, we have little time to think about our spirit’s journey in this lifetime and the unprecedented changes taking place on our planet at this historic time.

Over the past couple of years, it’s become pretty evident now that a new world order is rapidly emerging. Clearly, the world has become very strange since the pandemic. And much of what we are seeing unfold makes little sense. 

Unquestionably, we are living in an upside-down world that’s operating on the pandemic of FEAR: false evidence appearing real.

But, FEAR can also mean: face everything and rise. 

Well, we can choose the way we show up each day if we’re spiritually grounded and prepared for what’s coming. 

It’s important to realize that the end of times, as outlined in the scriptures of many faiths, is upon us.  And it has been said across faiths a new world will rebirth soon. 

Along the way, there will be massive pain, loss, devastation and destruction at many levels worldwide including natural and man-made disasters. 

But, exactly how we respond depends on how connected we are to God or a Divine spirit. Most definitely, every person is on their own unique soul journey and alive at this specific time for a purpose.

Above all, my simple advice to you is this: holistically prepare your mind now for the unthinkable.

So, how do you do this?

To begin, choose faith over fear to anchor yourself in who you are, your core values and purpose on the planet at this historic time. 

And simultaneously take steps each day to prepare your mind, body and spirit for what’s to come as the geo-political social revolution continues to unfold across the planet.

Finally, make a conscious effort to stay grounded in the present moment each day. And practice gratitude, self-compassion and self-love. 

Why? Because when you mindfully practice these things, you shine your inner light on the darkness. 

And that’s exactly how we break through it, all of it. On the other side of pain, suffering and darkness is a new beautiful world.
